By participating in this promotion, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility: This promotion is open to all individuals who; download and signup to the Raven Live App, activate their account with a deposit of $1 and above, share their profile links to at least 10 people, gain up to 10 new followers, and Create an event, Go live, or use the connect feature on the Raven Live app. The referred individuals must also signup and activate their accounts for the original participant to be eligible for the promotion.

2. Promotion Period: The promotion period will end in December 2023, and any entries submitted after this period will not be considered.

3. Prize: The prize for this promotion is $100. The prize is redeemable for cash and not transferable, or exchangeable.

4. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected randomly from eligible entries, and the decision of Raven Live will be final and binding.

5. Notification of Winners: Winners will be notified via the email address provided during signup on the Raven Live App within 7 business days of the end of the promotion period.

6. Claiming the Prize: Winners must claim their prize within 30 days of notification. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prize, and a new winner will be selected. When claimed, the winners will be sent $100 directly to their Raven Live wallet.

7. Verification of Eligibility: Winners may be required to provide proof of eligibility, including a valid government-issued ID and other relevant documents as requested by Raven Live App.

8. Limitation of Liability: Raven Live App shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with this promotion or the use of the prize.

9. Changes to Promotion: Raven Live App reserves the right to change or modify this promotion, including the prize, eligibility criteria, and promotion period, at any time without prior notice.

10. Governing Law: This promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Raven Live App operates.
